This past weekend we held an inter-collegiate ballroom competition on campus! It was lots of fun and a great last comp for the semester... :)
It was a completely EXHAUSTING day but definitely worth it - although 2 days later my abs STILL hurt... (and lets not even talk about what 10 hours in 3" heels has done to my poor feet.)

Everyone danced great and TONS of ribbons were brought home!
John and I took 6th in Silver Standard Tango, 7th in Silver American Waltz/Foxtrot, 2nd in Gold American Waltz/Foxtrot/Tango, 2nd in Gold American Viennese Waltz, and 8th in Silver Swing!
Nihar and I took 3rd in Gold Latin ChaCha/Rumba, 4th in Gold Latin Samba/Jive, and 4th in the "Paso Doble For Those Who Don't" fun dance!
All in all, it was a great competition and I had so much fun with everyone. I'm definitely sad that it was my last competition with Nihar but we had a great year competing and I couldn't have asked for more... :)
