This is a (slowly growing) compilation of my favorite recipes - some are my own, some may be from cookbooks, I'm sure a lot of them have been passed down from my family (yup... as far back as my great-grandmother...)
For the ones that fall into the "family" and "invention" categories, I have a little disclaimer: Your patience and understanding will be required! Let's just sayyyyy, measuring/weighing/calculating are often left open to guessing/estimating/improvising... :) (Particularly in the non-baking categories!)
