Ok, so my last Friday night wasn't quiiiiiite like K. Perry's...
But it was still crazy! Let me sum it up for you in numbers (after all, I'm an engineer... it makes sense...)
1 bedroom apartment (yes mine) hosting our first FND (Friday Night Dinner) of the semester!
31 beautiful women that decided to come over for it! (right?!?!?!)
3 talented chefs that made an EXCELLENT team to prepare the following:
9 pounds of pasta (various sauces required)
5 lbs of sliced apples (with 4 cups caramel sauce, a must have)
14 quarts of iced tea
10 cups delicious chopped veggie salad
It was completely chaotic but perfectly wonderful... :) There is no better way to end a crazy RPI week than with some quality girl time... (7 hours from the time my fellow chefs arrived to when they left... if we're keeping track...)
